Welcome to Bitty Clicks Photography. By engaging our services or enrolling in our workshops, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

A. Photography Services

1. Scope of Services

Bitty Clicks provides professional photography and videography services, including food, product, and commercial shoots. The scope of work will be defined and agreed upon prior to the project.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery of the final high-resolution images or videos.
  • All prices shared are exclusive of applicable taxes. A final invoice including GST will be provided.
  • Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of sharing.

3. Shoot Planning & Execution

  • A mood board and creative direction will be discussed and finalized before the shoot.
  • Clients are encouraged to share any specific preferences (props, colors, backgrounds) prior to booking.
  • Bitty Clicks will manage the shoot using professional equipment, studio setup, and creative expertise.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing all required products, food items, or materials for the shoot unless agreed otherwise.
  • Any delay in providing materials or approvals may impact timelines.

5. Deliverables & Timeline

  • Final edited images/videos will be delivered via a secure drive link.
  • Standard delivery timeline is 5 to 10 working days after completion of the shoot.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on project scope and complexity.

6. Editing & Revisions

  • Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included.
  • Any additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.

7. Usage Rights & Intellectual Property

  • Clients are granted full rights to use the final deliverables for commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising, and packaging.
  • Bitty Clicks retains intellectual copyright as the creator of the content.
  • Bitty Clicks reserves the right to use selected images/videos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot.
  • In case of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.

9. Changes in Scope

  • Any changes to the agreed project scope may result in revised timelines and pricing, which will be communicated in advance.

10. Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of technical issues, unforeseen delays, or circumstances beyond control (such as equipment failure, illness, or environmental factors), the shoot will be:

  • Rescheduled, or
  • Refunded, as mutually agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability
While Bitty Clicks strives to deliver high-quality work, we shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by external factors
  • Client-side issues (late approvals, incomplete materials)
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of deliverables.
B. Workshops

1. Registration & Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm participation in any workshop.
  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Attendance

  • Participants are expected to join sessions on time.
  • Portions of the workshop missed due to any reason will not be repeated or compensated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If a participant cancels at least 2 days prior to the workshop, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days before the workshop.

4. Rescheduling

  • Workshop registrations are non-transferable and non-reschedulable.

5. Liability

  • Bitty Clicks is not responsible if a participant is unable to attend due to personal reasons or circumstances.
C. General Terms

1. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Services include access to professional equipment, studio setup, and creative direction as agreed.
  • Additional costs such as models, specialized props, custom set design, travel, or accommodation (if applicable) are not included unless specified.

2. Third-Party Costs

  • Any third-party expenses required for the project will be discussed and billed separately.

3. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.

4. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking a service or enrolling in a workshop with Bitty Clicks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
