Refund Policy

At Bitty Clicks, we value clarity and transparency in all our engagements. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be applicable for our services and workshops.
A. Photography Services
1. Advance Payment
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
- This advance is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
2. Cancellation by Client
- If a project is cancelled by the client at any stage, the advance payment will not be refunded.
- Any additional costs already incurred (such as props, studio arrangements, or third-party bookings) may also be chargeable.
3. Rescheduling
- Shoots may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and mutual agreement.
- No additional charges will apply for rescheduling within this timeframe unless there are changes in scope.
4. Cancellation or Issues from Bitty Clicks
In the unlikely event of technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or situations beyond control (such as equipment failure, illness, or environmental factors), Bitty Clicks will:
- Reschedule the shoot, or
- Provide a full or partial refund, as mutually agreed.
5. Post-Shoot & Delivery Stage
- Once the shoot has been completed and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
- This includes situations where the client is dissatisfied, as creative work is subjective and revisions are provided as per agreed terms.
B. Workshops
1. Registration & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a seat in the workshop.
2. Cancellation by Participant
- If cancellation is made at least 2 days prior to the workshop, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days before the workshop.
3. Non-Attendance
- Failure to attend the workshop for any reason will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
4. Rescheduling
- Workshop registrations are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled.
C. General Conditions
1. Mode of Refund
- Any applicable refunds will be processed via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banking or payment gateway processes.
2. Third-Party Costs
- Any third-party costs incurred (such as models, custom props, travel, or logistics) are non-refundable once booked or initiated.
3. Policy Acceptance
- By booking a service or enrolling in a workshop with Bitty Clicks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
